Start your thermal journey by warming up in a Finnish sauna, where you choose between a wet or dry sauna experience. To bring on the steam simply pour water over the heated rocks, breathe deeply and enjoy the expansive effects of the heat.

When you're ready for a refresh, head over to the cold plunge and immerse yourself in cool waters. We recommend making your way into the water as you exhale.

After a breath or a number of minutes yielding to the cool experience of the plunge you've completed one cycle.

Some like to readjust to room temperature before beginning again and others like to head back into the sauna to warm up.
