After attending a yoga workshop in 2010, she received positive feedback about her insightful questions and was encouraged to consider a career as a teacher.
Shortly thereafter, she took a group of teenagers from the group home where she worked to a yoga class. Observing the benefits of yoga for these young individuals solidified her belief in the importance of sharing yoga with as many people as possible. This experience inspired her to embark on her teaching journey by enrolling in her first Kid's Yoga training.

The biggest focus in every class I teach, is breath. Harnessing the power of our breath while we're aware of how it moves within our body, helps us better use that power while we're busy moving through the rest of our life. I love teaching a wide range of class styles, although my favourite would be slow flow & Yin Yoga.
