Nicky Yates

From a young age, Nicky has been passionate about health and wellness, recognizing that it encompasses various facets.


In 2011, she completed her foundational 200-hour training primarily centered on Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Asana. Over the years, she has continued her learning journey by undertaking additional certifications with a focus on trauma-informed and inclusive practices, including Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Strength-based Movement Training, and most recently, Yoga Nidra.


Nicky's approach is rooted in the belief of always prioritizing learning as a student before taking on the role of a teacher.
