It is a guided practice that encourages you to dive into the liminal space between consciousness and unconsciousness; a rich, healing landscape where you may connect with your problem solving, creativity, intuition and innate wisdom. This class will provide minimal movement with a strong focus on internal exploration, perhaps setting you up for a better sleep.

RESTORATIVE • ALL LEVELS

Restore + Reiki is a restorative yoga class designed to help you soften in both body + mind using various postures, breathing techniques and a calming pace. Students have the opportunity to receive hands-on reiki and energy work [with consent] throughout the class.

relax + unwind

RESTORATIVE • ALL LEVELS

Relax + Unwind is a gentle, prop oriented yoga class. Support your parasympathetic nervous system through soothing and nurturing rituals such as gentle stretching, breathing techniques and meditation practices. Feel free to bring your own blocks, bolsters, pillows or blankets, or borrow ours!

rest + recharge

RESTORATIVE • ALL LEVELS

Rest + Recharge is a true Restorative Yoga class designed to help you relax in both body and mind. Through a very calming pace, various supported yoga postures and breathing techniques, you will explore the process of slowing down to connect more deeply with yourself. This class seeks to help you cultivate inner peace and feel balanced in body + mind.

yoga sculpt

LEVEL 1 - 2

Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic class that offers constant movement, targeting all the muscle groups to strengthen, tone and sculpt the body, often using weights. This class is set to high, energetic music that will keep you pumped up. Some experience with Yoga and/or movement is recommended.

sunrise flow

LEVEL 1 - 2

Sunrise Flow incorporates all the same aspects as our Flow Level 1-2, so experience is recommended. Flow Yoga is a dynamic practice of breath centered postures and movements, helping you to cultivate stamina, flexibility and strength. Use this class to kickstart your day with energy and good vibes.

3x3

ALL LEVELS • HYBRID

3 X 3 is a hybrid style class guiding you through 3 postures, with longer holds, followed by 3 flows on repeat. This is a great class for building strength and stamina while working on your flows. Finish your practice with gentle stretching and a succulent savasana. A perfect lunchtime sweat sesh and refresh!

pilates

ALL LEVELS

Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and mobility. Welcome to all.

modo

ALL LEVELS

Modo Inspired is a great foundational class for all, and a fantastic option for those who may be newer to yoga or experiencing challenges with mobility or injury. You will find a standing and floor based sequence, that are not linked through a flow. You can expect to hold postures between 30 - 45 seconds, helping to build endurance, both inner and outer strength and flexibility.

sunrise asana

ALL LEVELS • HYBRID

Sunrise Asana will awaken your body with a mindful, hybrid practice offering options of longer held postures intertwined with flow-based sequencing. Your instructor will lead you through a sequence of asanas (postures) helping to activate your senses and kickstart your day with energy and good vibes.

flow yoga

ALL LEVELS + LEVEL 1 - 2

Flow Yoga is a dynamic practice of breath centered postures and movements. The pace of this practice moves quickly building heat within the body, helping you to cultivate stamina, flexibility and strength.

ALL LEVELS offers options to modify or advance your practice and is beginner friendly.

LEVEL 1 - 2 will challenge you with momentum, shorter holds and more intricate transitions and less anatomical cueing.

slow flow

ALL LEVELS

Slow Flow moves at a slower pace in order to allow for a personalized practice. Beginner friendly, this class incorporates all the same aspects as our Flow Yoga classes, with less intensity! Flow Yoga is a dynamic practice of breath centred postures and movements, helping you to cultivate stamina, flexibility and strength.

Within a slower pace, you are able to better personalize your practice.
